“Technology is growing very rapidly all over the world where students must update themself and move faster with innovative ideas” said Rev.Dr. Antony Prakash Monteiro, Chairman and Campus Director, Centre for PG Studies and research, St Philomena College, Puttur by inaugurating a two days workshop on “Internet of Things (IoT) using Arduino and Python” which was organized by the PG department of Computer Science for first and final year post graduate students.
He also said ‘in today’s competitive world we cannot face the challenges just by getting knowledge. When Students are ready to work hard with lot of interest then only they can reach to the top of success.
President of the programme Prof. Leo Noronha, Principal, St Philomena College, Puttur said “Everyone gets many chances for personality development during their student life. Students must use these opportunities without thinking twice to develop their skill to the next level”
Dr. Damian Antony D’Mello, Professor and Head and Mr. Alok Ranjan, Assistant Professor, Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Canara Engineering College, Mangalore were resource persons of this workshop.
